Bradley Beal Injury Update
Suns Guard Out Two Weeks With Ankle Injury
Phoenix Suns guard Bradley Beal will be out for the next two weeks with a right ankle injury, the team announced Monday.
Beal suffered the injury in the first quarter of Friday's game against the New York Knicks. He landed awkwardly on the foot of Knicks guard Immanuel Quickley after making a 4-point play.
Beal underwent an MRI on Saturday that confirmed the extent of the injury. He will be re-evaluated in two weeks.
The Suns are currently 19-14 and in fifth place in the Western Conference. They will be without Beal for their next six games, including a matchup against the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday.
